COMMENTING ON A BLOG POST: When placing a comment on this website your are required to sign up as a user.  Your name and email address is used to create your user account; this information is stored on our server.  When logged  in, you can make changes to your account or delete your account.  We do not use this information in any other way.  We will never add you to an email list automatically.  BUYING A PRODUCT: During the transaction process third-party payment processors (PayPal or Warrior Plus) will collect your information for transactional and product delivery purposes.  This data is stored on the third-party(s) website servers.  We will use your name and email address to send you transactional information, customer support communications, and occasionally to send you customer input surveys and product updates.  Email Sign-up Form: When you sign-up via an email form, you submit your name and email address which we use to contact you for site updates, ecourse deliveries or educational content delivery.  You will be required to confirm that your signed-up.  Opting out is easy through a link in every email we send you. A third-party (Aweber) is used for email communications and this is where your contact details are stored.  

#3 Non-identifying data is collected via Google Analytics for the purpose of analyzing traffic sources, length of time visitors spend on the website, and which pages get the most views and interactions.  Types of data collected are type of device, operating system, and country location of visitor.  No specific personal information is collected.

#4 We do not incorporate any third-party advertisements or remarketing campaigns into our website.  These types of monetization techniques are extremely intrusive and borderline predatorial.  In cases where affiliate products are being promoted, the only tracking mechanisms used are for the purpose of attaching our affiliate id to your visit in the event you click on an affiliate link so we can receive commission for the sale.

#4 Spamming via the comment section will not be tolerated. Any user blatantly spamming links or advertisements will have their account immediately removed and their IP Address blocked.

#5 Terms of Purchase: All products are digital. No physical products are sold on our website currently.  Because of the digital nature and immediate access granted to purchasers, money-back guarantees cannot be made.  Exceptions do apply to this policy and are considered on a case by case basis.  Satisfaction is guaranteed.  We will make serious attempts to rectify any unhappiness with our products that our customers experience.
